Can I subscribe now?
Not yet. Membership becomes available at launch. This page explains the plan and does not start a subscription, take a membership payment or reserve a subscription.
How do the price and first-year commitment work?
The plan is €25 per month for an initial 12 months, billed as €75 every three months. The total for the first year is €300. Your payment dates and full terms will be shown before you activate the subscription.
What arrives, and how often?
Moudhy One is included in the first-year plan. The offer includes four fragrances of your choice per year, each 100 ml, plus one extra Secret Destination fragrance of 100 ml. Regular fragrance deliveries arrive every three months. It is not a monthly fragrance delivery or the complete collection in every box.
Can I choose a different destination next time?
Yes. Choose from the available destinations for your next quarterly delivery. You can return to a favourite or try something new. The selection process and any change deadlines will be explained when membership launches.
What happens after 12 months, or if I want to stop?
Once you complete the initial 12-month plan, the diffuser is yours. Before you join, you will see the continuation price, cancellation conditions and any early-termination obligations. The initial plan has a 12-month term.
How does the lifetime-warranty benefit work?
The membership lifetime-warranty benefit applies while your subscription is active, subject to its warranty terms. A standalone or Early Boarding purchase comes with a product warranty, but does not automatically activate the membership benefit.
Does my Early Boarding order become a subscription?
No. Early Boarding is a separate one-time purchase including Moudhy One, four fragrances of your choice, one extra Secret Destination and a destination sample set. All five full-size fragrances contain 100 ml each. It does not start recurring payments. At launch, the standalone device price is €199 and membership is a separate choice.
